Suitable for fixed installations at open air, in tube or canals and underground.

CONSTRUCTION

1. Conductor:

Compacted Round conductor class 2

2. Insulation:

Extruded inner semi conductive layer, XLPE insulation and  extruded outer semi conductive layer + Semi-conductive tape

3. Metallic screen layer:

Copper wires with open helix copper tape

4. Outer sheath:

Low Smoke Zero Halogen compound, Red or as per customer requirement

5. Marking:

By Inkjet

6. Packing:

Drums can be wooden or steel

TEST AT WORKS according to IEC 60502-2 & IEC 60332-3

Routine Tests
-Max. DC conductors resistance at 20°C acc. to IEC 60228 & IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.1 & 16.2
-High voltage test acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.1 & 16.4
-Max. partial discharge test at 1.73 Uo acc. to IEC 60502-2 parag. 16.1 & 16.3

Liban Cables will carry out these tests on all the lengths and tests certificates will be provided

These tests will be carried out on one length of each size during each inspection .

Fire retardance test according to IEC 60332-3
